AIYAI may use third-party infrastructure and AI service providers to process prompts, uploaded images, uploaded videos, generated content, moderation checks, storage, analytics, crash reporting, subscriptions, and support. These providers process data only as needed to provide services to us, operate AIYAI, improve safety, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
By default, we do not use your private uploaded media or generated content to train public AI models. We may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information to understand app performance, improve safety systems, fix bugs, and improve the user experience. If we ever ask to use your identifiable content for broader model training or marketing purposes, we will request your permission where required.
AIYAI uses automated prompt and image safety gates designed to reject sexual content, minor-related sexual content, adult images, and other unsafe or prohibited content. Safety systems may review prompts and uploaded media before generation.
If you report AI-generated content in the app, we may collect the selected report category, optional description, account or session information, app version, timestamp, related prompt, generated content reference, and moderation metadata. Reports are sent to our team for review and may be used to improve safety filters, investigate abuse, enforce our policies, or comply with legal requirements.
Uploaded and generated media is temporarily stored on secure cloud infrastructure. User uploaded and generated content is automatically deleted from our cloud storage after 7 days, unless it is deleted earlier by the user, required for an active support request, retained as part of a content report, or required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or abuse prevention reasons.
We use standard security measures designed to protect data in transit and at rest, including encryption, access controls, monitoring, and limited internal access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
Any media you generate is not shared publicly by AIYAI unless you choose to share it or make it available outside the app.
Contact us at support@aiyai.app for privacy requests. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
If you delete your AIYAI account, we will delete or de-identify account data and any remaining cloud content associated with your account, except information we are required or permitted to keep for legal, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, transaction records, dispute resolution, or compliance reasons.
Uploaded and generated content is automatically deleted from cloud storage after 7 days. Content connected to a user report, safety investigation, support request, or legal obligation may be retained for longer where necessary.
AIYAI may request device permissions only when needed for app features, such as selecting images or videos, saving generated content, or sending notifications. You can manage or revoke permissions in your device settings. Some features may not work properly if required permissions are disabled.
AIYAI is not intended for users under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We also prohibit content involving child exploitation, child abuse, child sexual abuse material, or sexualized minors. If you believe a child has provided us personal information or unsafe child-related content has been created or uploaded, contact us immediately at support@aiyai.app.
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers and comply with applicable data protection laws.
If you are located in the EU, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, you may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, and the right to withdraw consent. We will respond to valid requests according to applicable law.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing AIYAI, maintaining accounts, processing subscriptions, supporting users, improving safety, preventing abuse, resolving disputes, complying with legal obligations, and enforcing our agreements.
Uploaded and generated media is generally deleted from cloud storage after 7 days. Report records, security logs, transaction records, support messages, and legal compliance records may be retained for longer when necessary.
AIYAI prohibits harmful content generation, including sexual content, child safety violations, non-consensual generated imagery, deceptive or misleading content, hate, harassment, graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, illegal activity, and other content that violates our Safety Guidelines or Terms. We reserve the right to block prompts, reject uploads, remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that violate our rules.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most recent version will always be available in the app or through an accessible link. If we make material changes, we will provide notice where required by law.
